Shipping and handling costs are $2.99 for the first apparel item, $1.99 for each additional apparel item going to the same address. 

Shipping and handling costs for mugs are $4.99 for the first mug, $2.99 for each additional mug going to the same address.

Shipping and handling for Gift Packs varies according to amount and weight of the items.

Plus sizes are currently available in our high cut briefs.  We carry plus size large, XL, and XXL.

Wash and dry as usual.  Do not iron.  To remove wrinkles put them in the dryer with a wet washcloth for 5-10 minutes.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit. But, if it appears as though your QuackBacks were shipped in a damaged condition, please email us at billing@quack-back.com and include a description of the damage. We'll review your email and send you a replacement pair right away.

Yes, they are normal underwear. :-)  Nothing strange here.  Our signature duck Zivah is fun, sassy, and brings a smile to everyone's face.  It's your message and thoughtfulness that really make them special to your recipient.

And of course, we do everything we can to help.  We have suggestions for your message to get your creativity flowing, and each QuackBack is placed in an organza bag, with a gift tag, and sent in an adorable pink mailer.  So even getting the mail is fun!
